Week 16 (Playoffs Final Round) Waiver Wire

One more game, one more game! You’re almost there. The following players should be the top waiver wire priorities for the week.

At this point, we’ve already written about a lot of these guys, so hopefully you have them. However, if they are available these dudes need to be your targets for the week:

WR
Robby Anderson (NYJ) – As expected, Anderson found the end zone again this week. Ryan Fitzpatrick  might be under center Week 16, which makes Anderson a little less stable, but he’s got playmaking ability either way.

Alshon Jeffery (CHI) – 89 yards and a touchdown first week back? We’ll take it.

Tyler Lockett (SEA) – Lockett has once again proven that when healthy he is one of the biggest deep threats in the game. He’s got a tough matchup this week, but should continue to shine with targets.

J.J. Nelson (AZ) – This guy can fly, if given just a bit of space. In a situation where you may need a big play threat to pull off an unlikely win, Nelson might just be your guy.

RB
Bilal Powell
(NYJ)  – Matt Forte was a surprise “active” for Saturday’s game, but that didn’t stop Powell from making his mark with 16 attempts for 84 yards and 11 receptions on 12 targets (!) for 78 yards. Not a bad day at the office.

Dion Lewis (NE)- Clearly LeGarrette Blount’s backup, Lewis is still able to contribute when given the carries. The New York  Jets are up next for the New England Patriots, so look for him to continue making plays.

DEF
San Diego Chargers – They’re playing the Cleveland Browns in the fantasy football championship, and just held the Oakland Raiders to 19 points. Oh, and the Browns have given up the 2nd most points to opposing D/ST this season. Roll with the Bolts.
